Growing up, I loved (and still do) sweets with cardamom - a nod to my part-Finnish heritage and my grandmother’s cardamom nisu or pulla (braided bread). I’ve paired this comforting spice with the chocolate-forward cacao of the Semuliki Forest fermentary in Uganda to create one of my favorite bars.
