Alemendra blanca cacao beans are white when cut open after harvesting, rather than the purple color of most cacao. This special genetic criollo cacao variant becomes a bar with delicate tangy flavors, a less central ‘chocolatey’ taste, and a milk chocolate-like appearance - but don’t be fooled since this is a 75% dark chocolate bar!
